How exactly does each service work?

It all starts with a consultation call.

You should always pick a doula who you can mesh with.

That being said, if available, and should both parties choose to go forward, I will proceed with sending you all of your intake information (intake form, contracts, invoice, etc) via email. A signed contract and a paid non refundable retainer are both needed to secure booking.

Payment plan dates are set and finalized by you. Full fee must be paid off by 34 weeks.

I usually try to hold our first prenatal as soon as possible, and our second around 32 weeks.

After labor and delivery, I will come back within 2 weeks for your postnatal meeting. About 2 weeks after that, we will hold your postpartum visit.

Scheduling is set by you. You will be able to pick from different available time slots via a scheduler sent via email.

Different families require different things.

If you are not sure about the dates and times for the servicing during the consultation, we can go over it again in a follow up call/ text while you sign your contracts. I am available M- SAT, 5am - 5pm.

A part of our first day would be you showing me how to do things your way. You can also make a list of things you are hoping for help with.

Some things in life just take time.

That being said, every service starts out with a consultation. I would like to make sure that I can assist you with the help you’re looking for. If both parties decide to proceed, I will send you all of you intake paperwork via email. Sessions will be booked by you. All booked sessions (excluding the consultation) are booked at least 2 days in advance. Each session will be at least 45 minutes.

COMING SOON

This service can be held in different ways.

  1. In person support: I can meet with you before or after you have had your baby to assist you with breastfeeding. This can be at your birthing location or in home.

  2. Virtual support: I can meet with you online to go over how to breastfeed and create a breastfeeding plan.

  • I could not be more thankful for Grey. She really helped me prepare for my labor. Even though my birth did not go exactly as plan because my baby obstructed my cervix and that caused me to get induced (she knew I was against being induced) and the medication Pitocin is so horrible)) but she assisted me and husband to get through 45 hours of my labor. I was so exhausted because of the Pitocin being increased every two hours, that it made labor uneasy because the contractions were coming every minute to where you are unable to rest. I ended up getting an epidural, but she helped my husband with different positions and comforting measures. I will most definitely refer her to anyone, prices are affordable and she also accepts Humana Medicaid and that pays for doula and postpartum visits which is a big help.
